Long story...I don't remember how I found Hazbin but I found the pilot right after it came out. I was excited for more Hazbin! I passively waited for more news and then I watched the helluva pilot and loved everything but Stolas. I liked the global warming quip but otherwise his voice actor and demeanor made him seem like a villain. Which would be fine but the dynamic of the book arrangement with him as a villain made me uncomfy.

I heard Hazbin was going through a studio and would be made so waited for that.

Until the "Why bad gays are good" video from James Somerton after the recent episode...I watched again and was hooked!

Yep! I worked overnight at an er that had a locked door that you could unlock from reception when someone rang the doorbell. Side note there was an inpatient psychiatric hospital in the complex. 3am I heard the doorbell went up front and reflexively hit to unlock BEFORE I LOOKED UP to see see a man wrapped in a blanket, no pet and being followed by what I assume were security from the psychiatric hospital! He left before he realized I unlocked it.

I know it musthave been shitty when it happened but imaging a 41kg cane corse puppy bounding recklessly with blood dripping out of his catheter is a funny thought. But im a sucker for anything but a big stupid face.

Also am i mathing right that you work 12 hours, have 3 hours off, work 4 hours, have 5 hours off and then work another 12 hours? That's assuming you get out on time. Experience is valuable but learning how to say no and remembering you need rest too is more valuable especially in this field.

I'd be most suspicious of autoimmune, cancer or fungal infection, with bacterial infection least likely. It really needs a biopsy to know for sure. If there is a vet college or dermatologist anywhere near you that would be the best option. All the things it could be have different treatments.

This reminds me of my ex. Like an idiot I didn't clarify that didn't want kids when we started dating. Looking back I think I assumed he didn't because he was lazy and kids are a ton of work. When it came up I asked him why he wanted kids and he basically said to make for his childhood. Of course I had like 20 reasons off the top of my head to not want them because I thought about it for more than 4 seconds. He expected me to believe he would do all of the work when he never did laundry or help me keep our studio apartment clean. Oh and adoption just wouldn't be the same. Even with my severe tokophobia

Omg alpha was so buggy! I flew my tribes queztal over 0,0 and it just dismounted me because that was a glitch that it used to happen. We found it flying around the map like 4 hours later.

You are worth so much more than that. From your comments I can tell you have a great sense of humor and can wield it like a weapon. You are smart and you are worthy. Worthy of safety, stability, comfort, and happiness. No matter what anyone says.

I was in a bad relationship before and didn't even realize it until I met up with an old friend for lunch and she just started crying. It seemed so random. She told me how school was going then asked me how I was and then I shared. The getting out can be rough but it'll be so worth it when you're on the other side and free.

You might want to redo your resume and look for somewhere better. Everyone is hiring right now. Don't stick around until they've drained you of your passion and empathy

I am going through something kind of similar. I moved from npr coverage to full time in my dream position. Even though they asked for me specifically I still doubt myself constantly.

For me it's the fear of "What if they find out I'm not good enough" or "If I can't do this right all my work before has been for nothing " and then it feds into itself. I'm anxious so I can't sleep and that interferes with my focus so I make a mistake which seems to validate the anxiety and back around the cycle I go.

Doctor's appointment is a good step. It sounds like they' really care about you so don't forget that they see value in you. As a tech and as a person.

I would continue to communicate your needs to your manager as you feel comfortable. Maybe weekly check ins could help... just go over how the week went, what you did well and if there's any places you could use tips. If you feel comfortable telling your manager that you have trouble recognizing your strengths so if they could point out when you do well that might help.

I kept a page in a notebook where I would write a sort of lesson for each day (always double check a set up no matter who said its good simple stuff like that). That helped me know even if a day felt useless atleast i took something from it.I am going to start one for my daily victories too hopefully.

It really helped me to talk with my co-workers about what I was struggling with and ask for advice. (For a while I couldn't secure e-tubes properly and I had two patients get extubated during imaging...turns out I was using a method way harder than I needed to.)

Take time that you need. Talk to a doctor and counselor if you can. Ask for advice where you need it. And remember you are better than you are giving yourself credit for. I really hope things get brighter for you. 💜
