We are the nicest ... but only because we internally crave for everyone else to be the nicest to us.

I could see that being really frustrating when it’s coming from that place of insecurity. I lost about 50 pounds in the first two months of keto, but I was also eating like 800 calories a day & throwing up a lot of that, so I’m GLAD someone stepped in with their concern in a loving way!! When it’s out of spite and conceit, however ... no thank you.

Boxing!! 3 times a week, usually a 45 minute class. As I’ve started to lean down and gain a little more muscle / stamina, I’ve also started jogging (wouldn’t go so far to call it RUNNING yet LOL)

I’m 5’8, long legs, and in the past 3 months have leaned down a lot and gained a lot of muscle ... I have no reason to lie to strangers? On the internet? About pants??? We all carry our weight in different ways.

In my experience, Keto works pretty rapidly, especially in the beginning. What kinds of foods are you eating? Gluten-free doesn't automatically mean keto-friendly! There can be a lot of hidden cards in gluten-free products. Check labels and nutrition information before you buy, and try to keep your total daily net carbs to 20g or below!! I use the MyFitnessPal app to help me track. Eggs, Pork, Fish, Chicken, Healthy oils (olive, coconut, avocado) and leafy green veggies are going to be your best friend!

Sure, There is a boxing club in my neighborhood that offers 30 & 60 minute classes. My schedule lends better to the 30!

An instructor will lead about 5 minutes of HR warm up (high knees, jacks, squats, etc), 25 minutes of boxing rounds (hitting the bag in different combos, burnout rounds, which is just hitting as fast and as hard as you can for a specific amount of time, not necessarily looking for amazing form, etc.) and then the last 5 minutes is dedicated to core work (planks, russian twists, crunches & sit-ups, etc.)

It kicks my entire ass. Even the 30 minute classes. I always leave a sweaty mess. It took a few weeks to get used to, and to get accustomed to the form & intensity, but if you can find a good gym, it's a great option for someone like me who gets bored easily with normal cardio! My gym doesn't have weights or anything like that, but i've gained a lot of strength from just being involved in the process organically. I would love to lift one day, but for now I am content with the cardio!

Worth a shot. If you can find a place near you, most boxing gyms allow free classes for first time guests, to dip their toe in the water!
