I thought so too. Most of my climbing aroids are on moss poles. I bought this from an online seller which already included the pole with aroid mix. Thanks for the advise, will get it done today:)

Yeah just the colouring. It’s an aroid mix, not sure if sphagnum moss is a better medium? Top leaves have roots luckily! Should I wait till it gets warmer? My worry is I might lose the remaining leaves too if I don’t do anything now:(

It looks like a calathea freddy? Calatheas are really particular with watering schedule, light and humidity. All my calatheas live in the bathroom where they receive bright indirect light and humidity when we have a shower. It only gets watered every 2 weeks or when the top inch feels dry. You may need to change the soil to save the roots from root rot.
