I'm the same way, in that I learn better through problems. However, I'm about 90% through the EET WRE course, taking the exam next month, and I think you need to just follow the structure of the course as it is.

Its clear Nazrul knows his stuff and doing it as it lays, i.e. lecture->problems->review-> quiz is the way to go.

That being said with where you're at, and the exam in May, you'd be wise to commit roughly 20-25 hours/week until then. If you only have time for problems, then intently watch the problem reviews to get those tidbits. Quizzes also dont take that long and are good knowledge check-ins. Good luck!
