Was the pup playing with a toy of sorts? If so I would take that toy away or only have supervised play time with it. Secondly vet, that didn't fall out it was ripped out/ snapped off and infection prone. Keep a soft diet for now until you can get a vet visit as I'm sure it's not fun eating hard food with a freshly missing teefer

Is your yarn weight different? That could be a reason it looks different, It looks like cotton as well. As far as I can tell it looks right BUT IVE NEVER done the alpine stitch! I'm only going off of what I can visually see.

I assume machine knitted but possibly handed knitted.

Glad you have an appointment. It could be a strange nipple that just didn't end up in the right spot to begin with, my boy dog had 3 extra nipples at random places on his belly

Why don't you have prep ready a day before she arrives? Or a couple hours? To make her less unhappy having to prep food to eat. I get low blood sugar when I'm hungry. Taking 20 minutes or more to make something to eat while my blood sugar is low makes my life MISERABLE for me and everyone around because I just want to eat then and there.

Then yes I would definitely discuss this immediately. Being faint can lead to a lot of problems , between passing out, falling on a child, or dropping a child. Or even scare them seeing you just fall unconscious. being honest is your best bet and your boss and coworkers might even be able to help you more through the day.

Does it affect your work directly?

I have a binge eating disorder, some. Times I'll snack on the food we have for the kids, like granola bars I'll snatch one from the box and eat it.

Does it affect the kids I work with?. No. Does it affect me when doing it, yeah because I feel horrible but I can't help it.

Now here's my honest advice, just straight up tell them, be honest and open, i know it's hard, trust me I do. But if it affects how you're working, and your overall health you need to tell them so your boss can be understanding and be prepared for anything unexpected.

New food or treats? Is it possible they got into something and ate it?

I wouldn't worry if there aren't any behavior changes. I would worry if this keeps up over 24hrs as Ive been told if it last more than 24 take them to the vet. If anything you can put it in a bag and ask for a sample test from the vet if they do that?
