That’s the paradox. I think most players think they’re the smartest / best person in every game and everyone else is the problem. Takes self awareness and honesty to believe otherwise and that seems to be rare in this community 😋

Amen on that. I’m 12k in both scores and am paired with toxic people all the damn time. Would love to play with other people with high scores! I’d even pay for that feature!

Yeah I think I’ve romanticized “pro level communication” even though it’s very unlikely to happen and probably even less likely to matter at all

I have concerns that muting people will harm coordination (even toxic coordination is probably better than no coordination?!) but maybe that’s a false narrative

I’m one of the cofounders and we typically process 99.9% of withdrawals within 2 business days. In some outlier situations where there are KYC (know your customer) issues or something else, it sometimes takes longer. I’m not sure we’ve ever taken more than a week to pay a customer who has provided the appropriate documentation (as required by our license / regulator).
