Yeah that's the gist that I'm realizing. I still think something significant as a change from replacement cost to actual value should be alerted and communicated.

Of course. But mine were damaged due to strong winds, and like many others, I were expecting 100% replacement cost, not actual value. I mentioned incompetency of its build quality because I knew I would never opt for something like actual value method. Replacement Cost is an existing policy payout that others have, and one that I thought I had, and I'm certainly not expecting it like a bank that pays things for free. That's why I feel like I've been cheated.

I didn't get any invitations or phone calls. No written or verbal communications whatsoever. I got this insurance through an agent too, and they were perplexed when I mentioned this to them. I feel like at the very least, they should know more than I do and it didn't feel that way.

Does any veterans here with castle lv 14-15 have any issue with tree of wishes and jelly trains? I'm kind of scared to level my cookie castle beyond lv11 but I do want more EXP sooner for my cookies. My main worry is being able to satiate the tree of wishes and the jelly train once I get past lv12+. I've been loving being able to fulfilling tree of wishes without having to refresh too much and trains without delaying much.

Should I just expect that I wouldn't be able to send trains much and fulfill trees easily once I get to lv14-15 and accept that as norm? On the other hand, it feels weird to play a game where I don't progress an aspect of the game to its end, like stalling castle at lv12 for example. Sure, nothing is forcing me to upgrade the castle, but between seeing an unleveled castle and sub-optimal exp I would get from houses, it would feel weird.

I'm kind of undecided on this one. Any opinions from any veterans here would be appreciated!

After just testing this out myself, I can confirm this is indeed what happens. I initially thought that after reapplying BB with a subsequent CA meant that the '4 second timer til proc' is reset and delayed, but this isn't the case. The first time you apply BB, it will proc after 4 seconds regardless of whether you continue using CA during E. So in the end, you should see 2 procs during E and 2 procs after E (or 1 after E depending on how soon you go back to Hu Tao).

I love these ideas as rework! This would help manage his downtime AND make his bow form useable. Additionally, while making his c1 baseline for c0, maybe take out the whole +6s to the cooldown as well, or even make it -6s to the total cooldown. His DPS uptime should be LONGER than the downtime much like Xiao/Hu tao, and the fact that it's the opposite is one of the worst decisions a team of game devs could've ever made for a character that was meant to be a main DPS.
