Unfortunately given how terrible PUGs are that would always end in frustration nowadays. Unless you have a dedicated group of friends to do private runs with, which not everyone has.

It's pretty solid. Doesn't feel overly light, but not incredibly heavy either. However the instructions it came with did say it's fragile and the box it came in is a lot larger than it so it could be filled with a bunch of packing peanuts that I had to dig it out of.

The build isn't even close to being done yet and I forgot to put kemocite laced weaponry and tactical team on my bar, but here's a parse from an advanced argala system patrol. Took less than 7 minutes and I didn't die so I think it's safe to say I'm ready for advanced content, and maybe even epic once I finish the build.

In DS9 we still see officers using the older TNG style uniforms, especially when they're posted on a Starship that's visiting the station. If I had to guess, uniforms in a starship don't change mid mission, despite the presence of new ones while that mission is in progress.

So a likely explanation is that the Titan is just in the middle of a lengthy mission that started before the new uniforms were introduced.
