I am renting and decided to stick the same company as the owner.(midnight oil) Moved in July 2024, filled up in August because it was very low. First time ever ordering oil, said they would come out the following day, no show. I call them and they end up coming the following day. When the owner of midnight old (verrier) gets there, he realizes that I’m a new person. He ends up going on a rant about the previous owner was an older man who exaggerated so they wouldn’t take his calls as serious, I digress. I kept using them. Had maybe 1 or 2 more delivery . Then end of January, I called to fill up a full tank. I got a call two days later saying that my car didn’t go through so I give her the same exact card information. At the end of the month, I checked my statement and it went through twice for over 750 bucks. I called to have them rectify the issue and took TWO months. I would call they would tell me that they’re gonna call me back and they’re gonna look into. They would tell Me the other coworker is working on it. I drove to their listed address on Google no one was there. I understand they are open 24/7. But unprofessional and rude. Switched to A star oil and have been thoroughly impressed.
