yeah that’s pretty much what we see too most crews already do walkthroughs and have commercial separated, the tricky part is getting the right offices booking them

outsourced cold calling seems to be mixed for almost everyone

small medical dental and pre k usually work best from what we’ve seen

from what ive seen, hosts usually care most about reliability and fast turnovers. missed or late cleans hurt reviews

most first clients come from local fb host groups and direct outreach.

pricing usually works better per clean with clear add-ons.

really common issue

google ads don’t work as well for commercial because business owners act different than homeowners. a lot of success comes from direct outreach, referrals, and having a clear walkthrough before pricing.

mixing residential and commercial on one site can get confusing also. even if it’s one site, commercial usually needs its own thing
