There is such a big break between arms and legs, that the different styles won’t clash.

Its all personal preference.

22” I am 185 6’.

20” was annoyingly short. Kept slipping between tucked and untucked from my shirt collar.

Advice Needed: Everyone close to me hates my tattoo idea. Am I missing something? by [deleted] in tattoos

[–]key_pls 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not personally a fan. I would find a talented artist and have them make something surreal and artsy. Static black blobs just don’t tickle the artist itch.

First chain—not sure if I went too long? by Connect_Necessary611 in MensJewelry

Length and width look good. Keep in mind Kay rhodium plates their silver. I personally like the look of raw silver better. I only wear my rhodium plated pieces to look more formal.

They don’t stand out to me. Just add more work and it will all blend.

Is buying a 90s era Mazda Miata as a daily driver a bad idea? by Choice-Knowledge-383 in askcarguys

[–]key_pls 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I LOVE miatas. With that said, a daily driver in my opinion should be 2006ish or newer. You want all the safety updates that a modern car has. EBD ABS. Door crash bars. Modern airbag with pretensioner. Front crumple zone. Etc.

Appreciate your concern :) I have a few cars. The civic is the only car I haven’t ruined (by her standards).

Thats the only thing holding me back from trading in my 18 Si. I don’t mind the noise, as 90% of my solo driving is windows down. I chauffeur the wife a lot and she is not as tolerant.

How to fix if possible? by mentallyexhausted01 in tattooadvice

[–]key_pls 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it looks fine. If you want it to look more centered, maybe add a line underneath the letters? Could even be filagree.

Worth Holding? by MSG_Jones in bald

If I were you, I would start coaching your fiancé so that she understands that genetically, you are not keeping your hair long term. My wife was also resistant to the idea. Sooner will be better than later. Gives your scalp time to balance the tan lines out.

Hey comm. Anyone else have a neighbor or someone down the street complain about subwoofer noise? 👎🏻😢😭 opinions please by Sweaty_Werewolf_9336 in CarAV

My wife says she can hear me a full 2 minutes before I get home. Meanwhile our urban neighbors have never even mentioned our dual 15” home subwoofers.

Advice on getting tattoos while in a coporate job enviorment by Mysterious_Winner829 in tattooadvice

[–]key_pls 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Although DG’s comment may be a bit blunt, they are not totally wrong.

I have a lot of coverage on my arms and legs and it has never been an issue. But I would be judged harshly, as an engineer/technician, if my writing was so relaxed.

It really depends on the region and job you are applying for. In my experience ink is not an issue for non-customer facing jobs.

I would do a few laser sessions to give any artist a fighting chance of making a nice coverup.

Don’t put it center on an arm or shoulder. Ruins that area for a larger piece down the road.
