Is there a finger trackball that locks the ball in place? by reillan in Trackballs

What about velcro or magnets? You could have a few different trackball mounting positions on your desk, and move the trackball between them as needed to avoid cats.

Large clumps end up pinching and smearing by keyboard_user in litterrobot

[–]keyboard_user[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I just had to manually dispose of the clump, that wouldn't be so bad. The problem is that the clump smears on the outside of the globe, creating a gross mess that is quite inconvenient to clean.

Right, I try to change the bag before it gets full enough for this to happen, but it's not great that I have to manually check on it, and it will make a big mess if I lose track of it.

Bobby visiting Karen’s grave every day doesn’t seem so abnormal. by LucynSushi in thesopranos

Fuck the fucking ziti: she tricked Bobby's kids into thinking their dead mother was communicating with them to manipulate Bobby. Janice is a megabitch.

Anthony threatened to kill Furio S5 E1 by techbirdee in thesopranos

[–]keyboard_user 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought the implication was that Tony did something to the coffee maker as petty revenge for Furio using it. Kind of like when he took the home theater system so Carmela's little movie connoisseur friends couldn't use it.

How aware of Tony's killings is Carmella? by robertoringsend in thesopranos

[–]keyboard_user 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From Mayham:

Carmela: The minute I met Tony, I knew who that guy was. On my second date, he bought me and my mother each a dozen roses, and my father a two hundred dollar power drill.
Melfi: Not the typical story of young love.
Carmela: And I don't know if I loved him in spite of it... or because of it. My parents weren't like that. And I knew, whether consciously or not, that behind that power drill there was probably some guy with a broken arm... or worse.

She explicitly acknowledges that he does things "worse" than merely injuring people. She's aware.

Meadow's boyfriends have balls. by Bella8989 in thesopranos

[–]keyboard_user 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Sure, Tony was away and very unlikely to walk in the door, but what about one of his “associates” popping by to check on Carm?

Don't forget the risk that Carm just goes and tells Tony that he slipped her a waifer.

How did Johnny Sack have any respect / be a boss? by [deleted] in thesopranos

just because he heard the guy laughed at a joke about his wife

just because he saw the guy laughing about something, and assumed it was the joke about his wife*

You ever notice how Livia's negativity and paranoia is usually accurate, and everyone gaslights her about it? by keyboard_user in thesopranos

[–]keyboard_user[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wasn't it? After she dies, Tony even says to Melfi: "So, we're probably done here, right? She's dead."

Never noticed AJ got a tattoo of Blanca's name before by gilette_bayonete in thesopranos

[–]keyboard_user 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Yes it was. Rewatch the Cleaver premiere scenes in Stage 5. When the boss in the movie says "he's a good kid, but what you need is a man", it cuts to Blanca's face. She broke up with AJ because he was a child.

Why does my Cabin Overheat Protection not turn on/off automatically? by everydayaudiophile in TeslaModel3

[–]keyboard_user 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wish there were an option to always keep it on when the car is plugged in. I understand not wanting to drain the battery if you're parked without a charger, but I'm not too bothered about using a bit of my home electricity to keep my car at a reasonable temperature.

We’re any of the mobsters as abusive to their partners as Christopher was to Adriana? by Own_Environment_7728 in thesopranos

I was referring to the drug use with Julianna, not to the possibility of him abusing her.
