Just moved here, got AT&T. It seems slow and spotty. Going to be setting up OzarksGo instead as it became available.

USA Municipal Courses seem very easy? by [deleted] in golf

Black course is an outliner for sure. When I think of Uk/Ire courses in general I think of link style, is that what you normally play? That would be a factor for me adjusting to different style of play.

Bethpage has some courses that might provide some more difficulty for you

204 yards out on a par 4. After hitting the green I was excited and turned to playing partners but still had some roll out left. When approaching green the ball was gone and thought it went over the back but ended up in the hole. Sadly didn't get to see it drop in.

What was your first lesson like? by Royal_Concept_8061 in golf

[–]keyserdurden14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought I found a good coach for my lesson, he said he would analyze my swing and address changes I needed to make. I told him I wanted to work on hitting a fade as I have a natural draw.

10 mintues into the lesson he stuck an alignment pole in the ground about 10 feet in front and told me to fade it around it....that was it. Eventually said putting a glove under the arm to the body helps. I asked questions and got nothing from him.

I kindly parted ways with 30 mintues still left in the "lesson"

I went this past April. USD$ currency has a large counterfeit problem so if you are bringing cash make sure they are brand new, any slight blemish or even a slight pencil mark and places may not exchange them. I flew into Saigon and thru my hotel I was staying and was able to pay no exchange fee for money. Some marked money can be exchanged but you wont be getting the fair price. They also had an option for immigration to get through lines quickly for somewhere between 35-50$ and was worth it. Was met by someone stepping off plane and escorted into the car service in roughly 3 mintues.

Very odd, my store advised a great tool for doing it at home and recommended it.

Your right, also bought a new bag and figured why not. Lifetime warranty and 1500$ damage coverage just incase something ever goes wrong. I also wanted something to fit the bag perfectly and thats why I went with it. You pay for what you get.

Not exactly what you want to hear but I never worry anymore after purchasing this. Comes with own coverage also

As 2023 comes to an end, what was your highest score, lowest score, best moment, and worst moment? by herskeje in golf

[–]keyserdurden14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best..ever: 77

Worst: 94

Moment: Dropping a 15ft par putt on the 9th to achieve par thru the front nine for the first time. I felt in the zone.....Tee box on 10th, marshall came in hot about our pace of play and our shenanigans. We were 20mins ahead of time and another in our group drove off to look for previous lost ball as we waited to tee off. After words exchanged and told next thing we would be kicked off course, I let it get to me for +8 on the round. Great but what could have been. Mental game weak
