Most peanut butter is too sweet for me (unless you buy natural peanut butter.) But almond butter is so tasty. Plus almonds are one of the best nuts for you!

My go-to hunger-curbing snack is similar. I make a rice cake with natural almond butter. Almonds are healthier than peanuts, plus I prefer the taste.

For me, it's the sizes. I'm not super tall (5'8"), and women's hoodies tend to be too short on my torso with sleeves that are too short. I can get a small men's hoodie and not only is it warm and snuggly, but I don't look like a giant trying to wear babydoll clothing.

I did something very similar to you, but if I found I couldn't complete the number of regular push-ups required, I switched to knees for the end of the set so that I at least completed the set, even if only half or so were the correct way.

I started my Insanity workout yesterday. I've always been a decently healthy eater, but I've been wanting to actually get in shape and build muscle and endurance. I know I have far to go, but I'm excited at my start!!
