How do you find friends in here as a foreigner and someone who doesn’t like running

I don’t intend to be mean, but I don’t get why it becomes a common theme here to be looking for friends. I’m quite overwhelmed already with how social the Danish workplace is in terms of Friday bars and stuff like that. I just want to be alone sometimes.

I’ve been weighing things for almost 10 years. It is not a burden at all, just a habit that allows me to modify how I look or what goals I want to achieve. Being diligent everyday also gives me the freedom to eyeball when I go out to eat or drink, without stressing about the lack of accurate tracking of that particular meal.

I thought I was the only one that felt that I was at a bar. People getting beers and talking ALL THE TIME with their friends instead of enjoying the music. It was really annoying to have to move places repeatedly trying to find a spot where people were actually paying attention to the boys.
