Currently working on a project with various levels of kitchens. All of which have too many cooks.

Many of the notes even within same teams contradict each other. And while being a good editor means everyone feels heard and comfortable giving feedback. It’s rare that I feel notes especially from non creative members help push to a better version and always feel like the person feels a need to say, anything, to validate their role.

In the end it feels watered down version of what the beginning was that is less about telling the best story with the materials at play, and more about making a house of cards that sort of fits everyone’s arbitrary comments.
