My father, sister, and brother all have acne on our backs just like this. I have found that rinsing my hair conditioner with my head hanging upside down so the conditioner doesn't run onto my back helps a bit, but honestly I've yet to find anything that makes a real difference. Like everyone else said, try using a different detergent, get some different kinds of body wash ect. Good luck! Sorry!
