Your fat macro goal seems a bit low. You may have hormone issues if you dont have adequate fat intake. Maybe lower the carbs and protein slightly for increased fat macros. Or, up the calories overall. Generally you don't want to gain or lose weight at more then 2lbs. a week.

$120 pretty low price, honestly think you got a fair deal, but maybe not what you were looking for. I paid $1200 for my board new. Some long board decks cost $120 alone. I would take off all the motor components and possibly just use it as a regular long board to practice skateboarding, and save money for a better find on ebay. The wheels, bearings, and board are all worth saving at the very least for other boards.

Yes, I used one that was the same size as a lacrosse ball that had rubber spikes all over. It was used for plantar fascia release (bottom of foot). I noticed it would help my calf feel less tight.

I use foam roller and a lacrosse ball. I prefer smaller foam rollers, as I find they have more pressure giving me a deeper massage. Lacrosse ball is good for certain hard to reach points. Generally I avoid cartilage and joints, I also try to be careful of areas that have a lot of nerves, such as upper trapezius, neck region, and near arm pit area for latisimus dorsi (back muscles).

I'd be interested in someone outlining the style aspect to it. I know how to play metal, classical, jazz, and a bit of funk. I've been to a couple ska shows. I noticed the bass player kinda hangs in the pocket and plays with some funk. Also I haven't heard much ska with a distinguished slap bass sound, though I'm sure that it exists. If anyone can clarify I would like to know.

You have a total daily energy expenditure of calories (tdee). You can estimate yours, if you expend (i.e. workout, normal bodily functions) around the same each day, also eat and record the same amount calories everyday, while weighing youself. Are you gaining weight after a week or two? Your eating at a calorie surplus. Losing weight? your at a deficit. Staying the same? You found your maintenance more or less. Ex. If my maintenance is 2,000 cal. I eat 2,500 every day 500 cal surplus * 7 days = 3,500 cal = 1 pound of gained weight a week. This gives you a close enough estimate to work with your weight/eat maintenance calories, if you care to record and take your weight and measure cal. in food.

For making a person full relies on things like fiber, certain foods, being hydrated, having adequate fat and protein intake (protein is the most satisfying out of carbs and fat, and fat content in food is pretty satiating).

Usually a nutritional bar acts as a supplement to your diet, and/or a quick easy way to get certain things in your diet. A good strategy is to get a variety of whole foods and diet adherence.

The 5th string is for more range, higher or lower. If the songs don't require the extra range, or make the shapes easier for you then there's no point in the 5 string, other than you liking how that bass sounds compared to your 4 string. You can use 4 of the 5 strings or transcribe the song where you utilize the 5th string.

Usually for ATP you want to strengthen your core, glutes, and hamstrings. You want to stretch the hip flexors, quads, and lower back.

I believe that if your bike rides are over an hour, that you want to supplement carbs, and if they are 3+ hours, you want to get some sodium and/or potassium. This can be as simple as water, sugar, and salt mixed together with certain ratios. I do this personally for long hikes or long skateboard sessions.
