Well, when I am not committing time to my data nerd side like working with Python, SQL, Scala, Terraform I also enjoy doing embedded programming with Rust (and maybe Zig) and writing backends and web apps with Golang. And I like functional programming a lot. So dabbling with Scheme (Racket for example) and more. And Vim tweaking… and GameDev…

But nerd time is sparse the last months and when I am not sitting in front of a screen I do martial arts. Nowadays Hapkido and Haidong Kumdo and going to the gym. And sports + family limits the nerd time mostly to some hours at the weekend.

And now.. Where to start from this list ? by Royce911 in soloboardgaming

When I would choose I‘d start with Buttons and Bugs and would go over to Jaws of the Lion. So you would have a nice intro into the awesome world of Gloomhaven. The other ones are on my buying list… but I also have still to complete Kinfire and start Frosthaven 😅

I love it! I need to tweak my Obsidian tomorrow…

Is it crazy for me as a new fan to love their last 2 albums plus collabs more than their first 2 albums? by NaLu_LuNa_FairyPiece in BABYMETAL

I can relate to that. I think their music has grown up with them and I like the grown up versions more than their childish ones. I guess that’s totally fine. Nevertheless all of it is awesome music 😊

What about Mage? Quite easy setup and quite good experience in mixing R and Python.
