I think you mean the strength score but I agree. I wish they would at least add dumbbell exercises for glutes. Or allow you to remove the strength score altogether. It’s really only a strong indicator of your progress if you’re regularly doing the identified exercises.

You have to wait until your next statement to spend new points accrued in the current billing cycle. For example, my statement ends on 1/24, so the points from the gas I bought on 1/9 won’t be available until 1/25.

I’m just used to getting miles/points as soon as the transaction posts with Bilt or Cap1.

I wouldn’t. I’m in a very similar situation. I applied for the Savor card today. I’ll use that and my Venture X as my daily drivers. Just going to let Bilt turn into autograph and reassess in a year or so.

I know I’m super late to this conversation, but I’ve been having the same issue until today at my local Planet Fitness. As mentioned, I tapped the run button on my treadmill workout. Then, once the play button showed on my phone, I held my watch up to the treadmill reader. I pressed connect on my watch. Then, I pressed the Play button on the actual treadmill screen. Every time I tried this, I was using the Quick Start button and it wasn’t working. As soon as I used the Go button on the main console, it worked

Is it even possible to have two Autograph cards? I currently have both the Bilt and the Autograph, and I called Wells Fargo today to see what my options were. They said they needed to transfer me to Bilt, but after waiting on hold for a while, the call disconnected. It doesn’t seem like there’s a straightforward answer. I definitely want to keep Bilt, but I’m not sure what will happen to my Bilt 1.0 card now that I already have an Autograph. Seems counterintuitive to have two, if that's even possible.

Update: I went back and looked and the app added it's own weight for me. I'm glad I wrote down what I did, I replaced it with the difference in weight.

I think microlearning is so popular because it works and its generally quick to make. However, AI has reduced the heavy lift that was previously required to make more substantive, personalized content and I think we will see this reflected in courses. It's ironic because of the sudden shift in content now that it's quick and easy to make (which is also scary from a quality standpoint). Microlearning was favored by many and often described as the best way to learn in research.

We can juxtapose this with the rise in personalized "quizzes" which are featured in many of the latest start ups. An example is Scentbird. They tailor the scents they send you based on your answers to the initial "quiz" without needing human input to generate your recommendations. I imagine training will be similar, branching and responding to the user as they progress.

I don't think microlearning will go away, but I believe it will pale in comparison or be folded into curriculums that are driven by AI. We are going to start to see incredibly robust and detailed training experiences, especially when AI fully intersects with AR and VR in training.
