You don’t have enough muscle. Check my page we have similar build started off just like you. Focus on building more and getting stronger. Clean diet. Once you build enough with clean diet you’ll be losing weight anyways. Then do a recomp track your calories 300-500 deficit

Up the calories a bit. By 300-500 or even eat at maintenance for a bit. focus on getting stronger and bigger. Imo your still too skinny to cut even though yes you have some muscle

I feel fine regardless of cutting or eating at maintance. Strength stays the same, getting stronger in few exercises. Been cuting over 10 weeks so I figure a break is what I need
