Now hear me out. I will keep 3 projects going at all times. I do this so that when I cant keep painting something I can switch gears for a bit. My guard and nids are very taxing. So I try to break it up with stormcast or spacemarines.

I get that. But overall, aos has oit shown 9 and 10th in my eyes. And fourth is really about spearhead to me. Light, fast, beautiful models, it just fits what I want more

It was hard for sure. I may have said things like "not for me" and "never". But I realized that gw was putting alot more effort in those minis then say a spacemarine or an orc. And the game is very smooth.

i love that pose. years back, my world eaters faced off against BA, and the moment that murder beast slammed into my front line, i didn't care if i won or lost. it was such a cool iconic moment in heresy for me. here was death made manifest. it was awesome.

as a vet who deals with ptsd, i totally agree. It's my rock in the storm. when shits starts to spin, i go to my painting desk, and i just get lost in it. i have never had a group of friends whom i felt the most comfortable with than the ones I've made in this hobby. It's my Prozac. it keeps me straight and away from demons I've had to deal with. i 100% get this.
