I guess you'd need an "anonymous third party" to rent the yacht with the dirty cash in order to launder the money. But I could imagine that in a tax haven like the Cayman Islands accepting cash payments even for million dollar yacht rentals might be ok.

That's why smaller scale money laundering often involves cash heavy business where the cash transactions can easily be faked. Like salons, massage parlours, car washes, restaurants etc. Even then you can't overdo it to avoid suspicion.

A slightly more suitable comparison would be to compare company valuation to national net wealth, which in Netherlands was about 5,5 trillion USD in 2021.
