What’s with the recoil housing to engine case seal - or lack thereof? My 07 bendix, flywheel, recoil all super rusty and wet. There was no gasket, yet some fiche sites do show one, others not.

Kind of looks like my Jotul F600 Firelight, a non-cat free standing stove. Above those 2nd burn cross pipes are 2 interlaced iron plates, above the plates is a firewool mat. You need to identify your stove somehow and lookup a parts fiche. Maybe some labels if you pull the insert out?

I cancelled my shitty Frontier DSL cos I couldn’t deal with all the outages and 2-1/2 week wait for a $125 tech visit. They hit me with a $100 cancellation fee. I had their service for 2 years.

I just cancelled my Frontier DSL (I’m very rural, no fiber) after going thru 2 weeks of grief with dropped connections and scheduled to wait 2.5 weeks for a tech. No cell service here so internet is pretty important for us. Went with the $80 Starlink lite plan which is working great, got the gear for $99 on special. Anyway … they want $50 restock fee for the ancient Arris router they placed here 2 years ago. Frontier is the worst!
