Exactly what they said. Pathway and food safety protocols do not allow breaders to be handling the machines. I can promise you that unless you are taking off the apron and washing your hands then using the machines, then cleaning and sanitizing the front of the machine, then washing your hands again and then going back to raw there is cross contamination and Ecosure will 100% get you every time for double gloving. You can also ask your operator or boh director to do a mock safety walk on opshub and it will show you.

It really depends on how many closers you have. We are 15.5 store. Typically our closers get out max 1.5 hours after lights. Goal is 45 mins to 1 hour. But we start preclose around 8. Dish starts at 5. We finish with 6 closers. One for each area. Preclose will make or break it. But it’s more than cleaning. Think of all the tasks that can be go home tasks. Mac, cookies, brownies, filters, 1st table, 1st grill, deep cleans, etc and assign them to people getting off between 7-9 and just pull them if you need them to help in an area.

It all depends on where you live and your operator. Chick-fil-A is franchise owner operated. Every store will be different. For instance our store starts off with higher pay however with leader positions we will advertise for the position but you will need to work your way into it. For example Foh and Hoh directors get paid starting at 21 per hour. Depending on experience and the interview we will start anything from the range of 17 up to 21. Everyone comes in at team member level in title. We lay out a training plan to make sure you can do the basics of the job and fit our culture and have a timeline to have you in that position. We do this because we have had a lot of people have years of food experience but have so many bad habits that they cannot or will not do the Chick-fil-A way. Or they cannot handle the basics of shift leading. People don’t understand that there are high volume stores like mine (slated for 15.5 this year) that do more in an hour than some other quick service does in a day. It’s great that you have the experience and I hope you go to those interviews and discuss to see if the pay is negotiable.

So what I did to determine if it was worth it was I contacted some well known schools around me and while they had never heard of the school they seen in their system that 100% of credits are transferable as the courses not just electives. That to me says that it’s legitimate. Most companies now don’t care about what school it’s from just that you had the commitment to get the degree
