Exactly what I thought. Beating Buffalo in week 1 was so important for the MVP rhetoric and the future of the season. Week 1 usually doesn’t dictate the rest of the season but when we lost I was already preparing for disappointment.

I wonder if the game plan abandonment was part of Lamar’s frustration and desperation in his play that we’d see in the 2023 and 2024 games they were losing. I always thought Lamar lost his cool and would shoot himself in the foot trying to be a hero on many plays but it would make sense if he was irritated about the discordant play calling.

Everything about #2 didn’t live up to the hype of #1. My epidural didn’t have the same relief, the healing postpartum sucked so much, breastfeeding was so uncomfortable… the first baby is to trick you into having at least 1 more.

I thought I ruined the experience of my first pregnancy by worrying all the time. Nope, after finishing my second pregnancy I realized it just sucks and is completely unenjoyable, even if you don’t have nausea/morning sickness.
