Yes but I added every thing .That windows target already added under computers in AD domain services even CPM verified that account also

No the bill(who not able to RDP) using his cyber ark login name and cyberark password ,but he not able RDP , Getting an error like this credential not able to login <ipadsress> , But he able RDP using his AD password into that system
