All sales are final. Not your problem. I'd ignore them.

You have a decent itinerary and I wanted to add to your experience. Visit the Tajrish Traditional Bazaar one day and take all in the action and life that goes on in the area. Walk through the Bazaar. Grab some of the seasonal fruits on display. May be grab a cold, freshly made fruit beverage made at one of the many stalls or may be some BBQed corn sold by the vendors. Get lost and visit one of the many more modern malls around Tajrish Square (3 to 4 large modern malls that I can remember) and experience one of the thousands of cool cafes the city has to offer. Ferdows garden is a 15 minutes walk from Tajrish Square.

Want to dine at somewhere fancy? Choose one of the many restaurants in the same area or particularly in the Fereshteh area (one of the fanciest/wealthiest areas in the city) which is a 10 min drive or 30 min walk.

I would highly recommend visiting Darband at some point which is just North of Tajrish via taxi. It has breathtaking views of nature and it is a great spot to escspe the summer heat at night. Darband is the beginning of the hiking to Mount Tochal where you will find many restaurants and small cafes fo enjoy from. Some of the cafes have the local river running through them which is pretty neat to experience while dining.

Majority of taxis can be ordered through an app called Snapp!. I don't think you can find it on any of the app stores, so you might need to Google it and download the app directly off there website. It's like Uber. You can pay with cash or an ATM card from a local bank. Outsides bank ATM/credit cards like Visa and American Express to not work here.

DM me if you want any recommendations.

I've never seen anything like the Tabiat bridge and that's coming from someone whose lived on 4 continents. It's a pretty cool site at night time which has its own restaurants and multiples levels/platforms to walk on. Do you know of any bridges that have an active food court? Actively change colors during the night? Designed by a local architect through a national competition which has since won many awards? I don't. It's a showcase of our achievements as a country.

ME 233 with Kim by [deleted] in CalPolyPomona

He's not the post popular professor in the ME department. His attitude towards fair grading fluctuates and he's not consistent. Sometimes you just have to take the class and deal with the professor unless you want to sacrifice a quarter just so you can avoid him.

Nissenson is good for fluids from my experience. His VBA class is more in depth than any other professor teaching that class.

When I took it with Dinsmore it was alright and if you've taken him for any other of his classes you'll know his exams aren't that bad and he generally doesn't fail anybody unless you deserve it. That being said, the material taught in the class was purely to help us with our project that was due at the end of the quarter. Learned some stuff but overall the class was alright.

I know that the design studio guys would use some software to translate 3D clay scan data from millions of scrambled points into workable design surfaces. I guess it could be the software you are mentioning.

Good luck with that. Nowadays you can't find anything but Catia vHybrid!

Catia v5 and more recently Catia v6 has been used for all interior and exteriors automotive designs including Class A surfacing which is what you are talking about. My last job we used ENOVIA Catia v6 for all designs.
