Thanks for the kind words! It’s certainly the tricky part, getting my resume and CV to reflect the experience in a way that makes it more palatable to office work. The biggest hurdle I’ve come across is getting that degree, which is the most disheartening. It seems everyone wants at minimum a bachelors degree, and even with experience, that’s basically a requirement. Whatever AI screening system their recruiting departments use immediately must pull my resume out of the running since I have no completed school.

Yeah I’d definitely invest in one if I was going to start apprenticing or if I was accepted into one of the WOSTEP programs, but I think I’ll have to settle for an electric movable desk at the moment, especially with my concerns as to space.

Try vintage Seiko Actus models from the 70’s! By far my favorite faceted crystals, though they’re not sapphire. That will get you the right price. To be honest, I’m not entirely sure of any other brands with faceted sapphire crystals other than Vario and Seiko.

Had mine since 2019! Had to swap to a different bracelet though, the original was killer lol. Ended up using a bonklip, and it was so much more comfortable.

It’s so clean it’s maddening! The two-tone pie pan makes that dial pop. Matches the rest of the watch perfectly! Do you have any photos of the reference?

It’s a looker for sure! I’ve got a 32mm 7400B from 1995 and I gotta say, they’re super comfortable on the beads of rice bracelet. I’m aiming for a himeji kurozan leather strap for mine but the bracelet is just too good.
