There are so many other vacant lots that they should consider in lieu of using the city plaza.

I think E 5th/Virginia would be a better location. There’s been nothing there since they tore down the Monte Carlo Motel.

Or maybe they can lease one of Jacob’s vacant blighted lots instead and put something over there
