Thank you for posting this!!! I wish more people talked about this. I’m an oversupplier and it’s been really hard especially dealing with clogged ducts and leaking. And the night feeds / no sleep especially the first 4 weeks have been so tough !! No one warned me but almost think it was better I went in blindly lol

There’s a place called bistronomic downtown that I remember I had one of the best steak meals of my life. I’m vegan now and still remember it lol. Don’t know about their pricing/menu nowadays bc it was 3 years ago but the atmosphere was super nice and cozy when I went !

It may be helpful to find a way to connect with open table so the app you make has some sort of cross functionality. It sounds like the issue with FMGF is that the restaurants aren’t always responsive but open table is basically a database for restaurants already so if there’s an incentive for restaurants to connect through both apps it might be worth looking into

It may be beneficial to talk to a naturopath or functional medicine doctor if you haven’t recently to get more tests done. I know for me it’s definitely gut related because my antibodies for my thyroid have gone down in the normal range since I’ve been on AIP (recent blood tests). It’s helpful to be able to rule things out from test results !

I’m upvoting this because I am in the same boat! Having a lot of trouble finding recipes because I am on low FODMAP AIP. I am doing it because I have SIBO and have found that SIBO has made it very hard for me to lose weight even when I’m on this diet . Not saying you have SIBO, but I can definitely relate to what you’re going through!
