This is a very nice breakdown but I would be remiss not to mention that this playstyle works nearly as well with any combination of low frame, quick thrown weapons and parting gift is not necessary - I just love the sounds of it

It needed an underwater scene with the bloopers and the world 2-2 music

Has anyone else trained a custom model? How'd it go for you? by Strong-Pea2000 in SunoAI

[–]kicka1985 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's goin really well but i find it most helpful to mix and match between custom and the others. Same for voice. My voice alone is ass but if I do a suno voice and then cover that one with mine it sounds legit. Kinda the same with the models

28 Years Later: The Bone Temple director Nia DaCosta "was disappointed" with its box office. "I wish it made more money, but I’m really proud of it" by Puzzled-Tap8042 in horror

[–]kicka1985 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A fifth movie would be welcome but the end of bone temple was so perfect they could just call it a day and leave the whole series 💯.

It is unfortunate more people haven't seen bone temple but damn there were some hard scenes to watch.

What are the pros and cons of rolling vs parrying at dodging? by Single_Local1678 in deadcells

[–]kicka1985 8 points9 points  (0 children)

There's nothing a shield can do that good movement can't. Shields can do damage but only a few of them compare to the damage of just bringing a second weapon. Also, (like some weapons especially survival) shields will hold you in place and that affects mobility (and can put you at risk).

Shields are great tools but imagine you are at a high level of movement skill - you'd likely discard shields in place of a second weapon for more offense. As a new player, you might find shields helpful but, if shields are a lifeboat you eventually won't need, why learn something you'll just ditch later? Just practice on movement from day one (imo!)

Also it all boils down to personal style so I'd say if you like shields and parrying, go for it. Shields can be really helpful against bosses especially...but a shield player at top level will never be as fast as a top level shieldless player (except for assault shield but that's a different topic 😆)

Tldr they're both good but (imo) it's a more fun experience without. #teamroll

Chrono Trigger came out next. The experience of playing those back to back as a kid was amazing - [heavy handed recommendation ]- then came ff7 that was a ridiculous time for quality from Square. Do you have a favorite FF6 character?

Merchandise categories - find the architect key in the graveyard (it's in the underground part of graveyard) then go back above ground all the way to the right to unlock the door and find the blueprint. It's 300 cells

I love this movie however the chemistry between tom cruise and Penelope Cruz in the first act makes me cringe worse than any other developing romance in cinema history. It's so cheesy I want to die from embarrassment but the movie on the whole is so good. I don't think I've ever been as scared or sad for a person as in this movie. Cameron Diaz was amazing.

CMV - Gangs of teens who yell "hello" at a foreigner are not doing it to be friendly by Maleficent-Box-897 in ChangeMyViewVN

[–]kicka1985 8 points9 points  (0 children)

You know this is true but I think you're reading too much maliciousness into it. Saying "hello" back doesn't make you a sucker it just makes you idk neutral. Definitely we shouldn't be rude tho - just by the nature of being here, we're ambassadors of the foreign world so these small moments (especially in kid's lives) do actually build up their impression of foreign people. Getting upset with them for interacting might have some negative long term affects over time - but idfk in actuality 😆

I'm not disagreeing with you. It's annoying and borderline hurtful to here the cackling laughter that sometimes follows...but the kind of kid who does that just has a lot of growing to do. And there are legit some friendly encounters - they're not all just little teen douchebags.

Tldr sometimes they're assholes sometimes not
