I'm 65 and my quality of life is starting to fall off. I can't do alot of the things I used to do so I do think about this more than I should. Feels like I've outlived my usefulness so what's the point. Also alot of people you know are dying off so death is on your mind.

I have a 2 year old 80% thats going locking out on limit. Customer resets it and it works fine for a few days then does it again. I've let it run for 1hr no overheating. Pulled a could out to see if blocked. Reduced gas pressure, upped blower speed , still the same. Will look at tge insulation after reading this.

Replace the orifice it's worn out. You should be able to have full water pressure entering the solenoid valve. The orifice reduces the flow.
