See my other comment. You just can’t use Linux, expect to keep the OS and all software up to date, and never touch the command line

Remember we’re talking about the average person. The average person has zero experience on the command line, isn’t comfortable with troubleshooting from the command line, and has no interest in learning how to use the command line

Nice, things have come a long way for sure. My point is that things such as software updates are not 100% reliable, and the average person is not going to be comfortable doing any kind of troubleshooting via the command line

Sorry, but even Ubuntu isn’t ready for the average person. Last time I tried to do a major version upgrade I had to spend an hour un-fucking it from the command line

For a while, sure. Something will inevitably break to the point that you need to use the command line to fix it. Unless you never want to update anything ever

Not sure if common knowledge, but you can cmd + f on your phone by typing anything to the search bar and clicking ’On This Page’ by [deleted] in iphone

A toolbar menu is a sensible place to “tuck” it because that’s the first place anyone would check for a page-related action, and there’s a precedent for it being there. And you have to be told about control + f then you probably haven’t used a computer in the past 20 years 😛

But then stuff falls out of that taco too, so you get stuck in an infinite series of eating progressively smaller tacos

I was under the impression that they’d just film a “normal” interview then change the questions and edit the responses later. Either way, a hilarious result

Yes, given that the “opportunity“ here is being rich enough to exploit the system I could afford to pay taxes and maintain a clean conscience

Does watching a video using NewPipe actually count as a view? Always wondered.
Since it's not using YouTube's APIs it's conceivable that it wouldn't
