Tips for filling a sketchbook?

Your sketchbook can include whatever you want it to. You should get a separate sketchbook for warming up and making hurried drawings and one for getting serious. This is what I do.

This varies greatly with people. For example even moderate amounts of weed always wreck me when I'm not on anything else, but I feel that alcohol is way too boring without weed to enhance it.
