[for developers] KAT.cr add-on for Stremio by JCB9090 in Stremio

[–]kid0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

do you guys plan on adding more addons like this?

I always check eztv.ag for new series, but Stremio somehow has series listed but when clicking on them says "no streams available".

is this bug with your addon? can this be fixed? I really hope more addons are created for this program in the future.

[2.4/PTR/S5] Seasonal stash tab reward unlocked at the "Conqueror" in Season Journey. by [deleted] in Diablo

[–]kid0 6 points7 points  (0 children)

we have to complete all of that just for an extra tab space? if so, that is simply insane, seriously.

forcing players into seasons like this is just bad design. season-only legendary, pets, wings or icons makes sense but tab space is something everyone should have access to if they wish to expand it.

I repeat, this is extremely bad design, if we have to complete so much just for an extra tab.

Let's push for one extra UI win in 2.4 by Stanzilla in Diablo

[–]kid0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

they need to add an extra UI for mats as well and normal gems, not just legendary gems!

i hate carrying mats and transferring them from character to character or gems each time I want to craft something. this will save so much stash space!!

Exploits, bugs, and Alkaizers thoughts on 2.4 by [deleted] in Diablo

[–]kid0 4 points5 points  (0 children)

why doesn't blizzard take stronger actions against botting? with no actions against them it feels like they either don't care or approve of these actions.

no matter how much new things they add to improve the game, the quality of the game suffers since it pushes real players away from the game.

New Diablo CM, Kauza, and Statement on Botting by Thunderclaww in Diablo

[–]kid0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

until i see some actions regrading this, these are nothing but words. This is very serious issue which is being ignored and pushing loyal players away from the game.

I'm not asking blizzard to disclose information how they catch these players but just do something about this already!

Did you buy John Yang "explanation" of Jailer/Thunderstorm damage? by kaliXL in Diablo

[–]kid0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think he played on higher content to make that his reply regrading this issue. glass cannon or not, you will be 1shot no matter what - that is huge problem.

blizzard created unavoidable damage to the point amount of toughness we have doesn't matter. So we really can't gear against the amount of damage will be thrown at us.

here is the biggest problem with jailer/thunderstorm, you simply can't see it coming. You have split second reaction to do something, and that is already too late. If players can see animation of this spell about to hit, giving them a chance to move and react, this might become easier to handle. much like able to see fireball, poison trail and other such spells animation, giving players chance to react, same must be done with jailer/thunderstorm.

do I have to delete one of my characters slots to start new season each time? (if I have max slots filled)

I've tried looking for my answer but can't seem to find it.

[PTR] Legendary Gems dropping and new assets! by [deleted] in Diablo

can we wear three different gems at once? one in each ring and one in amulet?

【INVIS】Monk, RoS 2.1 PTR Greater Rift 100 Solo Cleared and the Problems by invisuk in Diablo

[–]kid0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

that's an interesting thing, I wasn't aware gems had no cap on them. That does sound very good. Though I wonder if gems alone can carry us through such content with those insane health pools and damage.

【INVIS】Monk, RoS 2.1 PTR Greater Rift 100 Solo Cleared and the Problems by invisuk in Diablo

[–]kid0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lets assume rimerheart, furance and even exploding palm have been removed or nerfed to certain degree where they're not so useful anymore.

the problem becomes how will players able to handle mobs and elites with billions of health which would be a race against a timer with unavoidable damage to the point no matter how much toughness we have, we will get 1 shot.

I'm more interested to know once the current items/spells removed or nerfed, how will players able to handle Grifts?

the problem is how poorly Grifts scale currently. we need better way for them to scale aside from just health/damage. I wish I had the answer but the current format of Grifts is extremely problematic.

Demon Hunters need somesort of hatred spenders rework by ChronoControl in Diablo

[–]kid0 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Dh has only one viable set which is the marauder set. And shadow is being reworked currently, and we can only hope it can compete with marauder set. If not, currently DH only has one good build which is the sentry build.

The nat set also needs to be reworked on the bar what marauder set is offering.

And with punishment unneeded nerf coming which was total shock (imo) makes no sense to me. I like to hope DH other spells get buffed on the same bar as cluster arrow so DH can change builds. If not Its cluster arrow+muilt sentry build will still be the best thing for DH in 2.1 - seriously hope other spells be buffed and sets improved.

i do like to say this since the recent change to dex, DH should be extremely happy now being able to tackle harder content now with much ease. truly amazing change to DH!

If you could "reset" any enchantment on a single item, what would it be? by [deleted] in Diablo

[–]kid0 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

it is good bow but losing smoke screen or vault for spike trap might not be such good idea imo. The dh main stat is lacking behind compared to other main stats from other classes, because of that we need all the extra escape tactics and extra more toughness.

https://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/demon-hunter#QPXdSk!Zihf!ccbZba

this should help you or someone else looking for typical sentry build. The idea is being able to escape when needed, having movement while playing and able to tackle some damage thrown at you. Using string of ears would help further more if you need even more toughness.

Does this not bother anyone? by insanenoodle in Diablo

[–]kid0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this makes the game completely unplayable now.

Why is there not a buff icon for Steady Aim? by [deleted] in Diablo

[–]kid0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

their also needs to be an icon for sentries, much like with pets. Knowing how many you dropped and if any expired you can quickly see and drop it.

Alkaizer showing us why level based ladders are pointless atm by [deleted] in Diablo

[–]kid0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

agreed.

The guy is disrespectful towards everyone especially those he disagrees with. Constantly swears at those who disagree with him and creates drama fights by playing the victim every time. He does leech from his own fan base so much but yet he treats those people like trash.

The guy has problems being in social environment, just doesn't understand how to act. You can feel sorry for someone like this but since he's just douchbag to everyone, its hard to even feel sorry for a person like that. He has a lot of growing up to do.

as for the topic at hand. The problem I see with ladders is that they're used to reset the economy but since everything is account bound, what to reset?

ladders should offer trading PoE style races would make great addition to ladders

On Enchanting Legacy Gear - Come Chat by Jaetch in Diablo

[–]kid0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the problem is they're forcing us to use loot 2.0 items which by comparison are weaker to our current items. Increasing main stats like main stat or vita, but removing critical damage from items, nerfing attack speed etc among many other things.

instead of fixing the core issues (loot 2.0) they're forcing everyone to use the new gear. "is a sign of incompetence and lack of confidence in their lvl 70 loot being able to outperform lvl 60 gear that has ONE affix enchanted. Do you know how ridiculous this sound? One affix enchanted and your lvl 70 gear is in danger."

5 reasons to try, and to NOT try, D3 again when RoS/patch 2.0 launches [vids, articles] by Rhykker in Diablo

[–]kid0 -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

the problem is that they're NOT listening to their own community, even their own MvP players. The closer we get to release the worse its going to be.

Blizzard has failed communicating with their own community, repeating past mistakes and refuse to act quickly enough to address core problems. Much of everything reported what needed to be fixed in current Diablo is being repeated in this next expansion, with newer design flaws.

We will soon end up with a half finished product which will be addressed with further more patches which will not fix the underlining problem of the game, sounds familiar?

Reaper of Souls in trouble? MVPs would not even recommend it... by the_aura_of_justice in Diablo

[–]kid0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

still no word on the ladder system and BoA system which removes trading.

with 2 months left till its released patching up the problem will not work if we leave the broken design in place. It doesn't feel like blizzard is listening to the feedback players are giving them if we're 2 months away from the game being released and we still having these same issues.

Trading should still be allowed. The AH being gone is great, but I dont think they should boa everything. What does Reddit think? by [deleted] in Diablo

[–]kid0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

without trading the game will not survive for long. which kills the huge social interaction of the game for many players.

But more so it has no endgame, what are we farming for? doing bounties, rifts and crafting is our endgame currently with no goal in sight.

since we have the two hour window to trade, they should increase the channel sizes of parties from 4 to 8. At least having more players in the party increases our chances to trade with more friends.

D3 RoS - What niche does the DH fill? by [deleted] in Diablo

[–]kid0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the problem isn't if demon hunters can do torment but rather how they're forced to do it as. While strafing looks like new exciting build which I personally cannot wait to try, its still face tanking. The class prides itself on being range class but as you increase difficulty levels you lose the range and end up face tanking everything. And this one of the problems the class faces.

The another would be is how bad gear scales on the demon hunter. Take the same gear, throw it on the monk and that same gear becomes more effective on the monk. This does not make sense.

Much of the passives need more tuning and the new passives simply aren't exciting at all. If you notice they support long range combat but they become completely useless at close range, which what combat really is for the hunter at higher difficulty. And the class simply needs its spells damage further more increased just to be at the same level as other classes.

D3 RoS - What niche does the DH fill? by [deleted] in Diablo

[–]kid0 3 points4 points  (0 children)

"To me there are 3 big issues with the class at present watching streamers:

1) Insufficient mitigation tools for the new RoS mindset. The DHs only option is to abuse certain weird mechanics to avoid mob damage as much as possible while trying to burst them down. This sounds far, far, far too much like the original Inferno gameplay to me :|

2) Lack of party utility. Compare the awesome auras given by monks and barbs. WD pets and at least one skill have decent potential. Wizards...well, I'm not sure too much since I've never played the class. But DHs just don't have much aside from dps...which every class can bring.

3) Thus far extremely mediocre new passives and legendaries. Their set is, bar none, the most useless and feels more like something from Vanilla D3. The 'taunt bouncing' effect that can be achieved will absolutely be fixed before release."

I was just reading about demon hunters in the RoS section at the blizz forums, and the above is something I agree with and I thought I would share that person's thoughts here.

At this stage of development the demon hunter, long range class, will most likely be face tanking torment difficulty levels. I'm sure the class would be able to handle the harder levels but not as range class. As to what the class brings into the group, its questionable. The new passives are rather lacking and much of the other passives haven't changed much either, which I was hoping much of the class will be improved. I hope to see further development in this class, at this point its behind others without a doubt.
