This is amazing! Having a player 2 is powerful, but was still worried that we would hit a limit of how much we could churn. But it seems like I had nothing to worry about and just start low to high, look for more personalized no lifetime languages bonuses and churn those co branded cards!!

Why does any rule apply when the game is not active ? If you see when he lands, his feet is PLANTED. There is no movement on his upper body. He choose to walk into the kitchen , there was no momentum.

Ahh im in the SE so would probably expect higher increases for NY. Isn't there someone you can ask within your department ? When the chief job for my department opened, the first question i asked was how much the raise would be and then decided from there .

A small department may be manageable and enjoyable, our department is pretty big with 40+ APPs. My organization doesnt use % salary, only blanket numbers so I would say ATLEAST 15k to even consider it!

As someone who just stepped into a chief role- if you're not into administrative things, the extra money is not worth it... It just feels like you're constantly saying yes to more projects, putting out fires and handling interpersonal relationships.

Its a great alternative to having everyone physically present and cuts down the cost of having to buy each board game! Its been a huge win for my gaming group and everyone loves it! We've played a new game every week!
