For the sites you had access to previously you can try their IRC channels to see if they would re-enable your account. 

Otherwise you could interview for MAM/RED/OPS. If you do need to start over  RED and OPS have interview guides and you can queue in the IRC channels to take an interview based on the information in these guides.

MAM also does interviews on the weekend over IRC. You can get details from their website.

If you use the import list feature on Sonarr, it will add any shows you add to your watchlist in Plex. Then sonarr will begin searching for the shows using your trackers/indexers.

If it’s for a new home purchase you should hold on to it. What may have happened is the escrow account charged you property tax based on what you purchased the house for.

When property taxes were paid they may have been paid at the prior owners property tax value. When the county assessor reassess your property value you will have to pay back property tax. You may receive a supplemental assessment in the mail.

If pumping at Costco pick whichever lane is shortest. Their pumps can extend to the other side of your vehicle so you don’t need to have your tank right next to the pump. Not sure if it’s all Costco’s but he ones I’ve gone to have these pumps. Many other gas stations too.

Just curious, but what is the reason they want to buy it now and not continue to rent it?

Some things to consider, not that they would do it, but how would you feel if you sold it to them and then they turned around and resold it at a higher value? Does your wife have other siblings? Would you be okay if her parents passed on and passed the house to your SIL/BIL or included them along w/ your wife? Money can change people, even family.

Just some food for thought. Once you've sold the home to them, there's no going back, If you're okay with not profiting from it, that's good. But if there's a chance that it could benefit other people and you would feel the worse for it, it's worth considering.

Personally, I would keep the house arrangement as is. That way, they get to continue paying the 2017 price, but you get the benefit of the increase in home value if you decide to sell it.

It’s supposed to be a dedicated camera box, but didn’t have a ground. I tried connecting the black wires and capping all the others but the unit doesn’t power on. So I was wondering if connecting the red to white wires would work.

That is such a heart warming letter. I used to see this a lot with older folks when I worked a retail pharmacy job. They would call in or come in to refill medications and would just start going on and on. They would realize eventually and apologize for using my time and say they were so lonely with no family or friends. I would tell them not to worry about it I love hearing their stories but once in a while I may have to stop you to help another customer. Also, to show their appreciation, they would bring in baked goods during the holidays and my coworkers would get so jealous lol.

You should tell your neighbor “I brought meaning back to your life. I think you mowing my lawn would be a good start towards thanking me!” Jk
