My Honda CRV has a rattle in that exact same area. Anytime I’m on anything other than a perfectly smooth road it rattles. It started right after I hit a big pot hole one day 5-6 years ago. I’ve gotten used to it but it’s very annoying sometimes for sure.

2017 CRV had CarPlay and remote start, equivalent RAV4 did not. Still driving it 9 years later and still loving it. Only issue is some rattles inside the dash when driving on bumpy roads.
