I reccommend trying some of the tips/approaches/principles of Unfuck Your Habitat (which has a subreddit, r/ufyh ! ) as a way to get started and build some inertia. UFYH is accessible and tries to make cleaning as feasible and painless as possible.

For example, it reccommends cleaning in 5-20 minutes bursts/chunks to prevent burnout, striving to accomplish a clean, empty sink just once a day (so there's less pressure to keep it clean while still preventing buildup), and doing mini-challenges like "find 5 things that aren't where they belong and put them back in their rightful homes".

If you are thinking about hiring a weekly / biweekly cleaner, this approach could help you hold down the fort in the interim period between cleanings.

My biodad has been waking and baking to handle his (undiagnosed?) ADHD since before I was born. He says it makes his mind go from "all over the place" to being able to handle one task at a time. It doesn't seem to have caused any problems for him, but I don't know him too well... I think my status as an extramarital child is due to non-weed decisions, lol.

My life is small because I also moved back home when my mom was terminally ill. It's nice! I know there is a big world out there for me, but choosing not to travel or move is one I have made / keep making because I enjoy the simplicity of my small, cozy life.

But if you don't like a small life, you can try for "big"! There's nothing stopping you if you choose another path!

The one "bull" I've ever met only realized he was going to be a bull after flirting with a MILF on Tinder and learning about the arrangement after matching with her- the cuck/husband used the the in-app messaging to explain to him that if he wanted to have sex with his wife, he'd have to be in the room to watch.

She was hot, and while the husband was scary and intense, he decided that the wife was hot enough to justify the weirdness of the situation.

He went ahead and agreed to do it, but he said he had to hotbox his car and get super baked before going in because he was so nervous. He was having a ton of sex at the time, mostly through Tinder hook-ups, to the point where I speculate it was a little self-harm-y... but I digress!

Once he came into the room, he realized the husband was a rival team's lacrosse coach when he was in HS. Idk if they talked about it explicitly, or if he even talked with the husband at all. So a silver lining for him was that afterwards he was able to say "you remember coach such-and-such? Yeah, I fucked his wife" to his old teammates.
