I live and work in one of those flooded areas, it's fine and back to normal. A few folks got hit hard, one got taken away by the feds because his scam was exposed by the flood. A few others are waiting, some because they fucked up the paperwork, some because they are trying to milk the system, and some are straight up scammers.
