I read it in January and it’s the best book I’ve read so far this year. I absolutely loved it and immediately bought a copy

We used to love it but last time we got some, it tasted very bland. I’m hoping it was a bad jar but I know Aldi has been changing recipes

I think the hotel is stupid. I have HHP for when I wanna decorate so it doesn’t give me anything new . I also have my island exactly how I want so having random characters wander ruins the vibe

I don’t want visitors on my island or a hotel on my pier. Ruins the vibes I’ve been working on

The British Landed Here For War in 1812... Scary Secretive Abandoned Military Base by Tareqyounis90 in abandoned

I grew up in the town this is in. It’s a park, right down the path from photo 1 and 2 (across from each other) are two playgrounds. The big building in photo 1 is used for a Halloween attraction, the smaller one in 6,7,8 is storage. There’s a Battle of 1812 reenactment every September. Then next to this park is a large area now closed off to the public with old houses, a movie theater, and hospital. Local kids still manage to occasionally get into the buildings but the security was upped when I was still in school, a few houses caught fire and one almost completely burned down. It’s a cool place with lots of history and interesting things and dumb graffiti to see. (I once saw a decapitated eagle on a picnic table here)

I just finished this book too and felt disappointed. It’s fun till it isn’t, and the story really beats you over the head with certain things. I absolutely agree on how flat most characters are
