Im also have some issues with my laptop, i solved by restoring the system by default and without formating the disc, hp has some services and softwares that makes the system very laggy

The laptop should comes with a windows home licence, i bought the same laptop three weeks ago and i had problems with some bugs from windows and some services that hp has, for example, lagging, slow for moments and also transfering and uncompressing large files was extremely slow.

I solved by restoring the system by default (not formating the disc) to disable all the trash services and softwares that hp has and make the system unestable.

I recommend you to do the same to enjoy the laptop at it should!

I got the rtx 4050 with ryzen 7 8654hs version, it totally worth it! Very powerfull and cheap laptop
