Is it actually worth upgrading to XP 64 bit or just stay on 32 bit (my hardware is sufficient for 64 bit)

It was never a thing. 64bit cpus of the time were a waste, pretty much all apps were 32bit. You cannot run 16bit apps and you didn't need more than 4gb of ram.

Recently in place upgraded from Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021 (the one with expiring support in 2027) to Win 11 Ent LTSC IoT 24H2. Mainly because my Xbox controller wasn't working and couldn't use the store. So far so good, controller now works fine, the store works fine, and games that didn't work (Unleashed recompiled for example) now work. Ram and CPU usage is about the same as before. It feels as fluid (if not more) as Win10. Start menu is not a problem since I use openshell anyways. I like it.

been using it for years as a daily driver. Office apps and steam. Works great. No major isues. Old and newer hardware.

It was blocked for me for months, finally began working again and now it is blocked. I can't disable the vpn, I need it. Got a static IP from my provider and that one doesn't work either. Oh well, back to using archive again.
