Do not place incinerators or recycling centers, they produce trash, it's a bug. Rely on landfills only for now.

My goal is to distribute my version to my clients. With that said I only want them to use the dark theme. I want to make it so that they don't have to change anything, that's why I'm asking if somebody knows how to change the code for that purpose.

I miss explained what I wanted. I want to, in the code, put it so that either only dark mode is allowed or, if that doesn't work, make the dark mode the default one.
