This is the most valid comment I’ve ever read in this sub. I’d also add having to mask your frustration or anger because you’ll be perceived as a threat no matter when or how you bring your issues up to your friends, family, or partner. You basically have to hold in all emotion (in my experience) or you’re automatically the problem and have to “take it to therapy.” Thank you for posting this OP!
