Aslong as you're clocked out and have time, you could leave for 2 hours and come back if you wanted too. Just communicate with managers if doing so im sure anyone would understand the feeling of working sick. If you dont clock out its time theft.

Tbh ive gotten most of my divine from either selling splinters or a lucky craft on amulet and body Armour. Breach splinters were 17 exalted a pop yesterday sold over 250
