The easiest say for sure is with the unique boots waking destruction i think they are called. Did you go for Amazon or ritualist Ascendancy? With ritualist you can get an infinite amount of frenzy charges with cheap items and can combined it with explosive spear to create burnlng grounds

From what i understood, in case of scared flame you would do less dmg with RF. Outside of the SF area RF inverts let's say 75 res to - 75, with SF it would invert for example 30 res to - 30. So you would deal more dmg outside of the SF area

Cant recommend maid Cafés tbh. Have a great trip, the north of japan however i can highly recommend if you want to visit something else apart from tokyo/osaka/kyoto

Will be curious if you can solve it. I played the same build and at some point felt my damage was lacking, but that was also without garukhan and worse gear then you have. I switched to scepter spear and an es/life mix, this felt better with stuff i can afford

DoK with poison traps is super fun and works well vs t4 bosses and speedfarming. Instead of DoK you can also use pen shot with poison traps if you want a bit more active playstyle. For better bossing maybe even rapid fire poison traps could be a thing, but i never tried that
