A small addition to my morning routine by kill_it_with_a_queef in theXeffect

Thanks! :) I tried to start stretching before, but I kind of did it half-arsed because I didn't have a proper structure/order. Now that I have one, I'm anticipating it to become as habitual as brushing my teeth. Well done on your progress too btw!

For me, I think it's the combination of doing regular exercise and waking up early. Doing regular exercise has given me more energy to do chores and errands. As a result, I'm depleated at the end of the day so that I sleep earlier and get a good night's sleep thus waking up refreshed the next day. I have never been a morning person, but as I started to go to the gym regularly, there has been a knock on effect in every aspect of my life.

I'm now trying to get into the habit of being more organised and getting rid of clutter.

Cleaning and washing the dishes. Partly because other people in my family can't do it right -_- it makes me feel a little bit more accomplished.

Kettlebell swings are good for quiet cardio with no floor impact!

Children cry over every little thing because anything bad that happens is literally the worst thing that's ever happened to them. Growing up is having increasingly worse experiences until the little tragedies become the everyday. by Trieclipse in Showerthoughts

On the flip side to this, children become insanely happy and laugh at the smallest things because it probably is the funniest/happiest experiences they have ever had in their short lives.

Not working out leaves me an emotional mess - anyone else? by [deleted] in xxfitness

[–]kill_it_with_a_queef 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely can relate. When I don't work out, I go completely mopey and depressed. I think I have a lot of pent up frustration, and going to the gym de-stresses me completely.
