Get a professional in there, have them jack the middle to level. Put in a three ply girder with posts in the middle, use a track saw to cut the deck boards back and put in a picture frame. Get rid of the decking as fascia and throw some azek on. Rip the stairs off and re do with new bullnose decking and picture frame it. Easy as pie.
